The Color Purple Night & Symposiums initiative in Pine Bluff has educated over 400 individuals about lupus and chronic illnesses through monthly support meetings and educational resources, supported by health providers and community partners. Their support groups have further assisted over 500 "Warriors" and their families by providing emotional support and reducing isolation. Advocacy and awareness campaigns, utilizing social media and community events, have reached over 5,000 people, raising lupus awareness and promoting local advocacy. Additionally, the organization's founder and Executive Director, Dr. Bridgett Williams Pinkins, and Director Jerri James, MS, are involved in research and product development, focusing on medical devices and apps to aid healing.
